Our continuous effort to provide a high quality product and service in Malta has earned us a reputation as one of the major exponents of local food excellence.
Moreover, the past three years has seen us successfully entertain more than eighty thousand guests, prepare countless unique dishes, and achieve numerous recognitions and awards. Notwithstanding the fact that there is room for further growth for Caviar&Bull on the island, we believe that the concept can develop further beyond our shores.
The launch of Caviar&Bull at the heart of Budapest earlier this year is in line with the management’s strategy to develop the brand overseas. The place is a real gem which walks on the footsteps of its Maltese counterpart yet ensures a clear Hungarian imprint in its design as well as in the menu. Local fresh ingredients, sourced from the best suppliers harmoniously coexist with Caviar&Bull signature dishes and key staples of Hungarian cuisine such as the use of the local grey cattle, Mangalica pig, Foie gras, paprika and Tokaj wine.

Venturing into a new market is never an easy ride and can turn out to be very challenging unless supported with the proper strategy and team. Marvin’s vision to introduce the Caviar&Bull brand in Hungary was supported by a long term strategy to expand the brand beyond local shores and an experienced team with a very good knowledge of the market.
Apart from being managing partners in the Caviar&Bull Hungary project, Laszlo and Sergi bring to the table a wealth of experience in the food sector and knowledge of the Hungarian market. Their unique baggage is essential to ensure the smooth introduction and growth of the Caviar&Bull brand in Budapest.
The kitchen is Sergi’s artistic muse which inspires him to develop beautiful creations which amaze every client that steps into the outlet. Taste and flavour is complemented by a high quality service which makes Caviar&Bull Hungary a unique experience. The challenge to offer excellent service falls within the remit of the managing partner Laszlo. His experience in management ensures the smooth day to day running of the outlet. A captain needs its team to reach shore. Indeed, Marvin, Sergi and Laszlo are supported by a dedicated team which ensures the healthy growth of Caviar&Bull in Budapest.
